Ingredients
Dried cranberries | 100g |
Dark chocolate (no sugar) | 1 block |
Crushed Pistachios | 2 tbsp |
Grated Coconut | 4 tbsp |
Method
Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly across a piece of baking paper on a baking tray or chopping board.
Top the chocolate with the toppings (cranberries, pistachios and coconut) and put it into the fridge to set.
Break your bark apart into pieces.
