Matthew Douglass is one of Australia’s premier Dancers, Dance Teachers & Choreographers. He is also a personal Trainer.

Matt has starred in the Musical, “Matilda”, “Fiddler on the Roof” as well as a featured Dancer in Raw Metal Tap Show. Matt has also danced with Jessica Mauboy and been featured in the Commonwealth Closing Games in Glasgow.

Matt has taught for over 20 years Kids as young as 4 up to people in their 80s and 90s. He is passionate about empowering people to live their best life through dance and movement and takes a holistic approach to fitness and well being.

Welcome to TAPfit! I’m Kat, Founder of TAPfit along with my 3 sisters.

We grew up dancing together in Australia and (after years of hard work and mum driving us to dance classes) competed at The World Dance Championships in Germany where we ranked Top 10 in the World. We've also been teaching dance for over 15 years.

It's an absolute passion for us. We have seen the incredible power of dance, not only to tone your body, but to build your confidence, have fun and feel completely free.

Broadway and musicals was one of my favourite types of music to dance to growing up (and still is!) So I designed this Broadway Beginner workout to be all low impact, easy to follow and incredibly fun!

In addition to your online course, we’ve built a safe space on social media where we hope you’ll engage with us and each other! I want to hear from you!
